I'm excited. Sarah and I are taking the kids up to Port Huron to go to the beach on Monday. Michigan has some pretty cool tourist stuff and awesome perks to living in this state and I can't say I've really taken advantage of it all. I want to start exploring Michigan more. A friend of mine told me about Port Austin, which is at the tip of the thumb, I googled it and it looks really pretty. I want to go there some time but it's 3.5 hours drive from where I live.
Domestic:
I picked mulberries off the mulberry tree behind my house, and got feasted upon by a thousand hungry mosquitos while I was doing it. I cleaned them off and then got them soaking in a bowl with sugar and I'm going to make a pie tomorrow. That's right... a fresh pie outta hand picked berries. I feel so Martha Stewart-ish.
Pets:
I got a budgie(bird). I don't know what his name is yet. He's really vocal and I picked a vocal bird on purpose cause budgies are like the 3rd or 4th best speaking bird in the parrot family and I'm hoping he'll learn to talk. He seems like a sweetheart, I think he'll be awesome once he gets rid of his new home nervousness.

I thought that was a great picture and then I uploaded it and it was dark looking, probably because the sun was shining brightly into the window behind him. I edited it to increase the brightness and contrast.

He's so pretty ^_^ .. but the picture was ruined by the bars...
Psychotic:
I have a doctor appointment on Tuesday to get some sort of drugs to calm me down. I have anxiety attacks that can last several days in a row and happen often. I feel like something is wrong with my heart and I have chest pains and arm cramps and leg cramps and long story short I get convinced I'm dying. I've been to the emergency room for this stuff 3 or 4 times now this year. I've hyperventilated until I'm shaking like crazy and my heart is racing... So, hopefully as of Tuesday I'll not feel like I'm on the verge of death anymore.
- Mood:
good

Whatever map you look on, is there a red line/road line that juts off into the bay? It just looks like a road in the water? If you have that on your map (we had a map with all road--back, main, highway, dirt, etc) it's a road that goes along the back of vacation/beach houses. In case you were wondering!
We had a bird like that. He talked quite a bit.
Mmmmm Mulberries!!
many times we've went to Ludington very nice beach town. A cool way to search michigan cities use Mich.org and you can find which one youre seeking or ones you havent been too yet.Let me know if you find
anything else that might be fun to take the kids too. Thanks
Now I'm planning on going to South Beach in South Haven. I've heard it's one of the nicest beaches in Michigan and luckily it's directly west from me so it's also one of the closest west coast beaches.
