ryan had to go to the ER

ryan went to the ER tonight. steve took gia and her to a store and she stuck her arms in her overalls outside and then fell face first onto gravely pavement. her nose is twice the size it was, her upper lip is super swollen... her nose & lip and the area in between, her forehead and her chin are all scraped up... along with her shoulder and her knee.
she's ok, we were worried she had a broken nose or a concussion since she landed on her nose/ head and her nose was so swollen. her face is so injured looking, she looks pitiful

there were a crap load of swine flu people wearing face masks there, hope we all don't get the flu.

she's ok, it just looks bad right now. i'm really glad her nose isn't broke... but she'll probably look fine in a week or so when she's not swollen anymore. she doesn't seem to care, she's said she has owwies & boo-boos and pointed them out but hasn't cried anymore.

She's okay. They said kids have "squishier" bones than adults, we took her in thinking A)she might have broken her nose & B) maybe she had a concussion, but she had neither.

she's 3. she just looks really injured but i don't think it hurts that much.. i had her wipe her face off before i put more ointment on it this morning and she was being pretty rough about scrubbing her face, i was expecting her to be saying "ow. ow. ow." while she was doing it.
