Did they take personal cars or a school bus? Do the teachers do head counts once the class is on the bus? Jessi's teachers are constantly counting. In line, on the bus, off the bus, before they pull away. So that's always reassuring. Glad she made it back tho!

The chaperons had to drive themselves. I think they said they were fitting 8 classes on three buses. They got divided into groups of 3 or 4 kids per 1 adult once they were at the zoo. Gia has her friend and the boy whose mom was the chaperon in her group, so she only had 2 extra kids with her.
I wouldn't have the patience to be a chaperon but if i had to do it there is no way i'd lose one of the kids... i'd be strict about staying close to me.
